Sort Mania Terms of Service

Using Sort Mania means you agree to these Terms.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sort Mania, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. These Terms form an agreement between you and VritraSec, not Google.

You must be able to enter this agreement.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sort Mania. If the age of legal majority where you live is higher than your age, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. Sort Mania is not directed to children under 13.

You are responsible for complying with local laws and for ensuring that purchases made through your device or Google account are authorized. Parents and guardians are responsible for activity and purchases they authorize or permit.

We grant you a limited right to play the game.

Subject to these Terms, VritraSec grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Sort Mania on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You receive a license to use the game; Sort Mania and its content are not sold to you. Rights not expressly granted remain with VritraSec and its licensors.

Use Sort Mania fairly and lawfully.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you must not:

• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or create derivative works from Sort Mania.
• Bypass security, purchase validation, advertising controls, progression rules, or technical restrictions.
• Use cheats, automation, modified clients, exploits, unauthorized tools, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Interfere with the game, Google Play, advertising services, networks, or another person's lawful use.
• Use Sort Mania for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.

You may report a suspected defect or security issue to us. Responsible testing does not authorize access to systems or data you do not own or have permission to test.

Virtual items exist only inside Sort Mania.

Sort Mania may provide coins, boosters, cosmetic items, stars, rewards, and other virtual content through gameplay, rewarded ads, promotions, or purchases (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items:

• Are licensed, not sold, and remain part of the game.
• Have no cash value and are not legal tender, stored value, securities, or financial instruments.
• Cannot be redeemed for money, transferred to another person, sold outside the game, or used outside Sort Mania.
• May be subject to balance, inventory, availability, progression, or usage limits.

We may adjust game balance, rewards, pricing in Virtual Items, item effects, or availability to maintain, improve, or secure the game. We will not knowingly remove a completed paid entitlement solely to avoid delivering it, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Locally stored progress or Virtual Items may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall without a usable backup, change devices without successful restore, modify the app, or experience device/storage failure. Backup and restoration availability depends on Android and Google settings and is not guaranteed.

Google Play handles optional real-money payments.

Sort Mania may offer consumable coin packs or other optional digital content through Google Play. The purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, taxes, and payment terms before you confirm. Prices and availability may vary by country and may change for future transactions.

• You authorize Google Play to charge the selected payment method when you confirm a purchase.
• Consumable purchases may be consumed after fulfillment so the same product can be purchased again.
• You must not seek duplicate fulfillment, misuse refunds, or attempt unauthorized chargebacks.
• Promotions, test purchases, and offers may have additional eligibility or expiration conditions.

Payments, billing records, cancellations, and most refund requests are administered by Google Play under its policies. You may request support through Google Play or contact us for a delivery problem. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, or other remedies required by applicable consumer law.

The free game may be supported by advertising.

Sort Mania may show interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads supplied by Google and participating advertising providers. Selecting a rewarded ad does not guarantee a reward unless the ad provider reports that the required viewing or interaction condition was completed.

Ad availability, content, frequency, and technical delivery may vary. VritraSec does not endorse every third-party product shown in an ad and is not responsible for an advertiser's independent product, website, claims, or transaction. Review third-party terms before engaging with an advertisement.

Please read the Sort Mania Privacy Policy for information about local game data, Android backups, permissions, advertising and consent, Google Play purchases, retention, deletion, and privacy choices.

Sort Mania and its original content are protected.

Sort Mania's software, game design, graphics, audio, text, interface, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to VritraSec and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, SDKs, fonts, and other components remain the property of their respective owners and may be governed by separate licenses.

You may share text generated by the game's built-in share feature for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not grant permission to use VritraSec branding in a way that implies sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

The game may change over time.

We may release fixes, content, balancing changes, security updates, feature changes, or compatibility updates. An update may be required to continue using some features, advertising, purchases, or Google Play services.

We may temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical failure, or events outside reasonable control. We may discontinue the game or a feature, subject to applicable law and any obligations concerning paid content. We do not guarantee that Sort Mania will work on every device, operating-system version, region, or network.

You may stop using Sort Mania at any time.

You may terminate these Terms by stopping use and uninstalling the game. We may suspend or terminate access to affected features if you materially violate these Terms, use the game fraudulently, threaten service security, or if suspension is reasonably necessary to comply with law.

On termination, the license granted to you ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will continue to the extent permitted by law.

Sort Mania is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sort Mania is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied or express warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of content or ads, preservation of local progress, or compatibility with every device.

Some jurisdictions provide mandatory warranties or guarantees. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right, warranty, guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability is limited only where the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VritraSec and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, opportunity, goodwill, or profits arising from Sort Mania.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, VritraSec's aggregate liability relating to Sort Mania will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid through Sort Mania during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury.

You are responsible for harm caused by unlawful misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VritraSec and its contributors from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of Sort Mania, fraud, or material violation of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, or breach, and does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Mandatory local protections continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VritraSec, without applying rules that would require the law of another jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country or region remain available to you.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using a consumer-protection authority, small-claims process, or other forum available under mandatory law. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms when the game changes.

We may revise these Terms to reflect new features, purchases, providers, security needs, legal requirements, or business changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the app, store listing, or this site. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise, you may stop using and uninstall the game.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
